  • Partial Refunds: If work has already commenced (e.g., initial drafts provided or consulting hours logged), a partial refund may be issued to cover the labor completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Final Delivery: Once the final digital files or services have been delivered and accepted by the client, they are generally non-refundable due to the nature of digital intellectual property.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the ownership of the final digital deliverables is transferred to the client. However, dynameld.com retains the right to showcase the completed work in our professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is specifically requested and signed.

5. Service Delivery & Timelines

Digital services are delivered via email, secure download links, or direct integration into your platforms. While we aim for specific deadlines, delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party software outages or late feedback from the client.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our digital services for any unlawful purposes or to transmit any malware/viruses. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if we detect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

dynameld.com provides digital services “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our services or third-party platforms we integrate with.
